Description

The Aquaviva Twist series heat exchanger was designed by a renowned manufacturer for maximum efficiency and reliability. Its titanium construction – both housing and exchanger plates – provides excellent resistance to chlorine, salt, and other pool chemicals, eliminating the corrosion risk typical of copper or steel exchangers. As a result, the device maintains high efficiency for many seasons, and you can enjoy perfectly heated water without frequent inspections.

The Twist series is synonymous with innovative heat exchange technology. The spiral flow system (twist flow) used in this model maximizes water contact with the heating plates, resulting in exceptionally fast heating – up to 30% more efficient than traditional shell-and-tube exchangers. The 45 kW output effectively heats a pool up to 40 m³ in just a few hours, making it an ideal solution for medium to large backyard pools.

Installing the heat exchanger is simple and requires no specialized tools – just connect it to your existing filtration system and heat source. The primary circuit (1") connects to the boiler/heat pump, and the secondary (1½") to the pool system. Thanks to compatibility with various heater types, the Aquaviva Twist 45 can be easily integrated into both new and upgraded installations. It's an economical and eco-friendly way to extend the swimming season and save energy – the system quickly reaches the set temperature and maintains it with minimal fuel consumption.
