Cryptocurrency Payments at tarabaseny.com.pl

§1. Accepted cryptocurrencies

You can pay for your order with cryptocurrency. Payments are handled by Bitcart — an independent, self-hosted crypto payment gateway with no middleman. Funds go directly to the store's wallets — nobody else has access to them.

We accept the following cryptocurrencies and tokens:

Important: USDT and USDC exist on different networks. When sending a token, always select in your wallet exactly the network shown on our payment page (e.g. USDT TRC-20 ≠ USDT ERC-20). Sending a token over the wrong network can result in an irreversible loss of funds, for which we are not responsible.

§2. How the payment works step by step

1. Choose the "Cryptocurrency" method at the payment step of checkout, next to Stripe (card, BLIK).
2. Pick a coin — on our payment page you choose one of the available cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, TRX, USDT or USDC).
3. You get the payment details: the exact amount in your chosen cryptocurrency, the wallet address and a QR code you can scan in your wallet app.
4. Send the funds from your own wallet (e.g. Electrum, Trust Wallet, Brave Wallet, MetaMask, TronLink or an exchange wallet) — exactly the shown amount to exactly the shown address.
5. Wait for network confirmation. Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, your order is placed automatically — you do not need to click or report anything.
6. You receive the order confirmation by e-mail, just like with any other payment method.

You have 60 minutes to complete the payment once the details are generated. If the time runs out, you can simply start the payment again — we will generate fresh details with the current amount.

If you pay and close the page, nothing is lost — once the transaction confirms on-chain the order is still placed automatically and the confirmation is sent to your e-mail.

§3. Exchange rate and amount due

• The crypto amount is converted from the order price (PLN or EUR) at the market rate at the moment the payment is generated.
• The converted amount stays fixed for the whole validity of the invoice (60 minutes) — it does not change with price fluctuations.
• Send exactly the shown amount. An underpayment will not close the invoice automatically (an overpayment is credited to the invoice).
• Remember the network fee that your wallet adds to the transfer — it is not our commission. Set it so the full required amount reaches the destination address.

§4. Network confirmations and timing

A blockchain transaction must be included in a block and confirmed by the network. The typical time from sending funds to order confirmation ranges from a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the network:

During periods of network congestion or with a very low transaction fee, confirmation may take longer. You can follow the status live on the payment page — it updates automatically.

§5. Security and the non-custodial principle

• No middleman: payments are not processed by an external company or custodian — the Bitcart gateway runs on our own infrastructure and funds land directly in the store's wallets.
• We never ask for keys: you will never give us your seed phrase or private key — you pay only from your own wallet, like any other crypto transfer.
• Transactions are irreversible: a blockchain transfer cannot be cancelled or reversed. Double-check the address, the amount and the network before sending.
• The address on the payment page is always generated for a specific invoice — only use the address shown on our tarabaseny.com.pl page, never an address received by e-mail or SMS.

§6. Refunds, claims and withdrawal

Paying with cryptocurrency does not limit your consumer rights:

• You keep your 14-day right of withdrawal and full warranty protection as described in Returns & Claims and the Terms of Service.
• Refunds are issued in the order currency (PLN or EUR) for the equivalent of the amount paid — unless we agree otherwise with you.
• In case of an overpayment or a payment made after the invoice expired, contact us — we will settle the case individually.
