Description

The three-phase centrifugal pump Hayward HCP38453E3 with pre-filter is a reliable solution for water filtration and circulation in commercial pools. Designed as an alternative to high-performance cast iron and bronze pumps, it offers strength and flexibility at a significantly lower weight. All hydraulic units are made of lightweight, durable fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic (GRP) along with polyamide and Noryl. As a result, the pump operates quietly, and the highly efficient TEFC motor with IE3 energy efficiency class ensures low operating costs and long service life.

Model HCP38453E3 is equipped with a transparent pre-filter cover secured with 4 bolts, making cleaning and impeller inspection quick and easy. Insulation class F and the TEFC self-cooling motor guarantee reliable operation even under heavy loads and high ambient temperatures. The pump is designed for fresh, salt, and seawater – suitable for sports, recreational, and hotel pools.

The Hayward HCP38453E3 must be installed with motor protection switches as required by the manual. Three-phase connection and switch settings must be performed by a qualified electrician based on the nameplate. To maintain the 24-month warranty, regular maintenance and timely replacement of consumables are necessary.
