Description

The Hayward HCP38251E pump is a professional unit designed for water circulation and filtration in high-capacity commercial pools. The HCP series was developed as a lighter, yet equally efficient alternative to heavy cast iron or bronze pumps. Thanks to the use of modern fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastics, the pump is resistant to chemicals, corrosion, and UV radiation, while being much lighter to install.

The pump interior features a large-capacity strainer basket with a transparent cover, making it easy to monitor debris buildup. The unit is powered by a TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) motor rated at 2.5 HP, which never overheats. The Noryl impeller and chlorine-resistant seals allow safe use with saltwater and seawater, making it the central water system for any large pool.
