The Aquaviva LX SWIM100M pump is designed for the most demanding applications. It performs excellently not only in large residential pools but also in mariculture systems – cultivation of algae, fish, mollusks, and crustaceans in artificial conditions. Thanks to its high flow rate and working pressure of 1.6 bar, it effectively filters and circulates water and provides reliable pressurized water supply. The LX SWIM100M is an ideal choice for owners of salt chlorinator systems. High chloride concentrations in salt pools can be fatal for ordinary pumps – here, the AISI 316 stainless steel shaft guarantees full corrosion resistance. This is an investment in equipment that will last many seasons without seal or shaft failures. With such high flow, the pump draws water with great force – during tree pollen or leaf fall seasons, we recommend checking the pre - filter basket every 2 - 3 days. A clean basket means lower power consumption and longer motor life. Important technical note: The LX SWIM100M pump is a true performance "monster." With a flow of 20 m³/h, it must not be connected to small filters (below 600 mm diameter) – excessive pump force in a small filter will cause media channeling and sand ejection into the pool. For this model, we recommend filters with a diameter of 600 – 700 mm. We also recommend that the hydraulic installation in the equipment room be made with pipes of at least 63 mm diameter (at least on the suction side) to prevent pump starvation and ensure quiet operation.
