Description

The three-phase Hayward HCP38553E24 centrifugal pump with strainer is a reliable solution for water filtration and circulation in commercial and sports pools up to 312,000 L. Hayward HCP series pumps are designed as a lightweight, durable alternative to high-performance cast iron and bronze pumps. The housing and hydraulic unit are made of fiberglass-reinforced thermoplastic and Noryl – materials resistant to corrosion and pool chemicals, including saltwater and seawater.

This model features a cooled TEFC (Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled) motor with high IE3 efficiency, meeting the latest energy-saving standards. The motor runs at 2850 RPM at 50 Hz with a current draw of 14.5 A. Thanks to its enclosed self-cooling design and insulation class F, the pump is suitable for continuous operation in demanding commercial conditions. The strainer with a transparent cover secured by 4 bolts allows quick visual inspection of the basket without disassembly.

The raised base provides better motor ventilation, further extending its service life. The 90 mm connection allows easy integration into the pool system. A 24-month warranty applies with regular service and replacement of consumables. Note: connection of the three-phase pump and setting of the motor protection switch must be performed by a qualified electrician according to the nameplate.
