The HPO-SWIM panel is an advanced control and protection device designed for single-phase pumps powering counter-current jets, waterfalls, water cannons, and massage jets. It monitors operating parameters such as current and voltage, and if thresholds are exceeded (overload, underload, phase loss, excessive starts), it immediately shuts down the pump, protecting it from damage. With a built-in timer and LED indicators, the operator has full control over work cycles and alarm status.

Description
The Hayward HPO-SWIM control panel is the heart of any installation equipped with single-phase pumps for water features – counter-current jets, waterfalls, water cannons, and water massage. The device not only turns the pump on/off but also continuously monitors its current and voltage, alerting to deviations from normal (overload, underload, phase loss, frequent starts). This prevents costly failures and extends motor life.
The built-in timer with delayed start (20 s) and the ability to set minimum (0.5...40 A) and maximum (0.6...40 A) current thresholds provide flexibility in adjusting settings to specific pump models. LED indicators on the Freshway enclosure communicate status: run, alarm, min/max current exceedance. An additional 230 V alarm output allows connection of external signaling.
The panel is built to industrial standards – solid 4 mm² terminals for power circuits and 2.5 mm² for control circuits. The IP65-rated enclosure ensures reliable operation in high humidity and rain. With compatibility for 230 V/50-60 Hz and operation in temperatures from -10°C to +55°C, the device works in indoor and outdoor pools all season long.
