Key Benefits

• Up to 90% chemical reduction – hydrolysis process (OH radicals, O, O₃, H₂O₂) + Cu/Ag ionization eliminate pathogens without excess chlorine.
• Intelligent pool control – panel manages temperature, heating, lighting, filtration, auxiliary relays (4 pcs.), and optionally pH, ORP, and free chlorine.
• 24/7 remote control – wireless sync with the Vistapool Hayward SL app on PC, smartphone, and tablet.
• Self-diagnosis and self-cleaning – system detects faults, and variable electrode polarity keeps them clean without manual intervention.
• 30-day parameter logging – measurement history always at hand, helps optimize water quality.

Description

The Hayward Aquascenic HD2 Hydrolizer is an advanced water treatment and management station for private pools up to 110 m³. The unit combines two proven technologies: water hydrolysis (generating hydroxyl radicals, atomic oxygen, ozone, and hydrogen peroxide) and copper/silver ionization. This effectively neutralizes bacteria, viruses, and algae, reducing the need for pool chemicals by up to 90%. Water becomes crystal clear, gentle on skin and eyes, and the pool requires significantly fewer traditional disinfectants.

The HD2 model is not just about treatment – it is also a complete pool control system. The built-in LCD panel allows control of temperature, heating devices, lighting, and the filtration system. Four auxiliary relays let you connect additional equipment such as heat pumps, filters, or LED lighting. Optionally, the system can be expanded with pH, ORP, and free chlorine controllers, as well as a remote display module or Modbus connectivity. With the Vistapool Hayward SL app, all functions are accessible from a smartphone, tablet, or computer – wherever you are.

A sturdy ABS housing resistant to high temperatures and an IP54 rating ensure reliability in all conditions. The self-diagnosis system continuously monitors operation, and self-cleaning electrodes through variable polarity minimize maintenance. Logging of results for the last 30 days facilitates water quality analysis and setting optimization. The Hayward Aquascenic HD2 is globally proven equipment – an excellent choice for demanding pool owners who want to combine the highest hygiene with the convenience of automation.
