Description

The Hayward ProSide S160SIE sand filter is a proven solution for private pool owners who demand high performance and durability. The high-density polyethylene housing resists corrosion and UV radiation, making it suitable for outdoor installation without risk of degradation. Maximum working pressure is 2 bar, ensuring safe operation even under varying conditions.

At the heart of the unit is a 6-position valve that allows easy switching between operating modes – from standard filtration to backwashing and full drain. A 50 kg sand load provides effective removal of solid particles, while the wide drain opening simplifies tank emptying during seasonal maintenance. The transparent pre-filter cover lets you monitor debris levels in real time and decide when to clean.

The ProSide S160SIE model comes with a Hayward brand guarantee – 24 months of direct manufacturer support. Easy installation, simple operation, and reliability make it an excellent choice for any above-ground pool up to 24,000 L.
