The Aquaviva AP VHB820 sand filter is an advanced unit designed for demanding pool owners with pools up to 108,000 L. Thanks to its 1.2 m high sand bed and 825 kg sand load, the filter delivers exceptionally effective mechanical filtration – removing suspended solids, dust, and other fine debris to leave crystal-clear water. With a flow rate of 27 m³/h, the system is ideal for large residential and commercial installations.

The filter housing is made of fiberglass-reinforced polyester, resistant to corrosion and UV radiation, allowing safe outdoor installation. The flanged connection ensures easy installation and a tight seal, while the built-in drain valve simplifies water drainage and media replacement. Additionally, the filter includes a side access hatch for sand removal and a sight glass for visual inspection of the media. A pressure gauge and air vent are included for everyday convenience.
