Description

The Vulcan FlowLine 6 kW is a proven electric heater designed for pools, spas, and water systems requiring precise heating. At its core is a titanium spiral heating element that creates a funnel-shaped flow path – this design effectively reduces scale buildup even in hard water.

The unit features a flow switch with a gold cap and titanium shaft, ensuring reliability in harsh conditions. EPDM and TPE gaskets provide a leak-proof seal up to 4 bar, and IP44 protection rating allows safe operation in damp environments. An analog thermostat with smooth adjustment from 0 to 45°C and a thermal safety cutout (60°C, manual reset) protect against overheating.

The heater is suitable for salt and seawater – ideal for saltwater pools or coastal installations. Installation is recommended by a qualified electrician (requires an external contactor). Included 1½" connections and ABS 50 mm fittings allow flexible integration into your pool system.
