Description

The Vulcan Evolution Tytan 24 kW is an advanced electric heater designed for efficient water heating in pool circulation systems. The internal construction is entirely titanium – both the flow section and the heating element – providing exceptional resistance to corrosion and scale, a key advantage in hard water conditions. The unit is primarily intended for large commercial pools but also performs excellently in demanding residential installations where reliability and precision are critical.

The heater operates at 24 kW on a 380 V (3-phase, 35 A) supply and is equipped with an analog thermostat that allows temperature settings from 0°C to 45°C with an accuracy of 1.2°C. For safety, a thermal overheat cutout with manual reset (80°C) and an overheat sensor are included. Thanks to high-temperature EPDM end caps and TPE gaskets, the heater is watertight (IP44 rated) and suitable for pressures up to 4 bar. It can be mounted either on the floor or on the wall, making integration with existing installations easy.

An additional advantage is the wide flow range: minimum 4 m³/h, maximum 17 m³/h, and a frequency of 50/60 Hz – the unit works with standard pool pumps. With flexible configuration options including 1.5" female threads or 50 mm ABS connectors, connection is quick and straightforward.
