Key Benefits

• Titanium heating coil – element made entirely of titanium and titanium flow section eliminate scale buildup and corrosion, significantly extending the unit's lifespan.
• Funnel-shaped flow design – innovative coil construction creates a funnel-like water flow path, minimizing scale formation and ensuring even heating.
• Reliable Siemens contactors – the Evolution 2 series is equipped with contactors from a renowned manufacturer, guaranteeing stable and safe electrical connections.
• Precise analog control – thermostat with a range of 0–45°C (1.2°C steps) allows easy setting of the desired water temperature.
• Highest safety standards – thermal safety switch with manual reset at 60°C protects against overheating, and IP44 protection rating guards against splashing.
• Versatile installation – unit can be floor or wall mounted; 1½" (BP) connections and 50 mm ABS couplings simplify installation in various systems.
• Saltwater and seawater resistance – titanium construction and EPDM/TPE seals make the heater ideal for harsh chemical conditions.
• High hydraulic performance – flow range from 4 to 17 m³/h and pressure up to 4 bar ensure compatibility with most pool installations.

Description

Elecro Evolution 2 is the second generation of the well-known and respected electric heaters from British brand Elecro. The 18 kW, 380V model features a titanium heating coil and titanium flow section, creating a unique funnel-shaped water flow system. This design effectively prevents scale buildup, a common cause of failure in traditional heaters, allowing the unit to maintain full efficiency over time even with heavy use.

The heater is equipped with Siemens contactors, ensuring reliable switching of heating circuits and overload resistance. An analog thermostat with a range of 0–45°C (1.2°C steps) enables precise temperature adjustment to individual needs. Additionally, a thermal safety switch with manual reset at 60°C and a flow switch with a titanium rotating shaft guarantee complete operational safety.

With IP44 protection rating, EPDM and TPE seals, and working pressure up to 4 bar, the unit performs excellently in both residential and commercial pools, including saltwater or seawater systems. Simple floor or wall mounting and universal connections (BP 1½" and 50 mm ABS couplings) make the Elecro Evolution 2 a ready, reliable solution for efficient pool water heating.
