Description

The Hayward IDP5 pool ladder lower section is a key component for fully inground pools with a narrow ledge. Made from premium AISI-316 stainless steel, it offers exceptional corrosion resistance even in high-chlorine or saltwater. The ladder consists of two independent modules – upper handrails (sold separately as model PD1 HF) and lower steps – allowing flexible installation and easy winter removal.

The steps are bolted to the rail, and polymer tread pads prevent slipping. The lower section does not require drilling into the wall – it rests against it using rubber bumpers that protect the pool surface. The handrails are anchored to the pool edge with anchor bolts, ensuring stability and safe use. The ladder has 5 steps, making entry and exit comfortable, especially for children and seniors.

This product comes with a 6-month warranty that requires regular maintenance and replacement of consumables. When installing a circulation pump, we recommend adding a motor protection switch.
